A grain free diet is opted for to deal with allergies/intolerances or to assist with weight and/or improve health. 


What is a Low Histamine Diet?

People who experience an allergy-like response to histamine-rich foods may have a condition known as histamine intolerance. Therefore eating a low histamine diet can reduce flare ups.
