Let's be honest, I'm not on a full blown Keto diet for the purpose of loosing weight, though it was responsible for my loosing enough weight to put my BMI in the normal zone for the first time in decades as a by product of my actual goal. Enter Kiss My Keto Ketogenic Chocolate. There are several flavors made with no added sugar or sugar alcohols. They are 65% Cocoa and they include 10% MCTs for those of you who that means something to. What's important to me is they taste good and fill the void left when you've given up chocolate. Yes it's expensive. But, only needing a little taste here and there makes it work.


I just tried the original bar. Very good. I can see me adding it as a topping to keto desserts, eat alone when craving chocolate.
